Printed in 1941 and created by McClelland Barclay, this is one of the great American Navy antique posters. The image features a sailor in a summer white uniform using a wrench on a large weapon (presumed to be a 14" deck gun). A blue border with white stars surrounds the top and sides of the picture. The bottom half of the poster is red, with white and blue text. The poster was issued just 6 months before Pearl Harbor was attached.
