The Red Cross stands on the left helping hold the banner that reads Where Coumbia sets her name let everyone of you follow her. December 16th to 23d. A stunning example of excellent design work for bringing America to stand by the troops. Two statuesque women, one the allegorical Columbia, stand alongside a scroll of proclamation. Rawls, p. 152.
