This antique vintage American travel poster "SCANDINAVIA by Clipper" features a colorful Viking ship decorated with shields and oars in the water. A smaller Viking ship can be seen on the horizon. Along the top is one of the old Pan American World Airways Clipper. This original Pan Am antique poster is acid free archival linen backed in very good to excellent condition; ready to frame. Size is 28 inches x 42.5 inches. The artist Jean Carlu is also very well known for creating two of the most important American World War II antique military posters for the United States.
