Arquata Scrivia in those years was an a well-known summer destination of the Genoese aristocracy and the families of industrialists who built splendid villas whose testimonies still remain today. In 1930, artist Alfredo Cavadini designed, on behalf of the Gros Monti print shop, a brilliant poster in memory of the 'holiday' of those years.
