Translated it says: ELECTRIC LIGHTING WITHOUT BATTERY your truck will have electric lighting of quality POWERFUL ROBUST with THE: MAGNETO LIGHT. SOCHAUX Paul Courtot worked on his magneto project from 1914 and in 1918 he created his company '' La MAGNÉTO-LUMIERE LMC''; (LMC are the initials of ''LUMIÈRE-MAGNÉTO-COMBINÉS'') As soon as the war ended, Paul Courtot created his company LMC at 48 rue Louis in Lyon. In September 1929 the company changed its status before the notary Paul Bloch of Montbéliard. Among all the equipment entering the new company, there is a Philos 6/8 HP motor car equipped with an LMC magneto-light and a Jean Majola car also equipped with the LMC. Paul Courtot worked on his magneto project from 1914 and in 1918 he created his company '' La MAGNÉTO-LUMIERE LMC''; (LMC are the initials of ''LUMIÈRE-MAGNÉTO-COMBINÉS'') at 48 rue Louis in Lyon, Montchat district. LMC's purpose was to study and develop a device for igniting engines, at the same time as lighting motor vehicles. At the time, the lighting of these vehicles was carried out using acetylene lamps, which were impractical, and it was difficult to use accumulators, which were too fragile to shocks, particularly on board industrial vehicles, whose wheels were fitted with solid tires. It seems that it was only in 1932 that LMCt officially took the name of ''MAGLUM'' (contraction of Magnéto-Lumière). This is a rare, original automotive vintage poster.
